Defining Educational Innovations.

Educational innovation is defined in the dictionary as the changes and introductions to make something new.This term does not refer to the different approaches that there exist but the new methods and strategies to make a class much better and less bored to studets which are the most commons reasons why students decide to drop out high school.beside, the aims of the introduction of new educational innovation is to prepare second language teaching professionals and the deveopment of new curricular system.However,as every body knows our educational system is getting to become monotonous because of many aspects such as: teacher`s preparation, supporting material given by the ministry of education and challeging of introduce something new.
We, as second language teacher, have got to do things that get students`s attention through the teaching and learning process because it is tested and proved that if a language teaching professional does not motivate students through a defferent and more dynamic class, those ones will see the english teaching process really bored and they will not care what happens with the class. For that reason, we have got to be prepared.Beside,one of the reason is the teacher`s preparation. for instance, regarding to the institution`s quality and how much this person studies, like that will be the way he behaves at the institution where he works( insecurity of knowledge).Also, some of people who are getting involved in this profession do not feel any kind of intrisitic motivation to work with and just get there for the money but with no vocation which it is the most important factor to deal with.
Moreover, as second aspect would be the lack of supporting material by the ministry of education.Even though, the M.E.P is trying to cover all necessities of professionals but this one gives more preference to professionals surrounding urban areas leaving others in need.
The last aspect, why people( professionals) do not dare to introduce educational innovation to come up is because of the challeging of introduce something new.
this reason mainly is the lack of security about if the strategies and methods are really going to work, and how benefitial is going to be for students the introduction of it.Thus, if we really have as a goal to get the students`attention, we just have to try it in order to introduce and do something new and avoid getting to the monotony because it brings a series of negative factors to students as well as professionals.
